Fairytale of New York - The Pogues [VINYL]

The Pogues timeless Christmas classic, recently voted the nations favourite 80's duet (Radio 2 listeners) will now be released as a limited edition 12-inch zoetrope vinyl EP featuring zoetrope imagery based on the classic 'Fairytale of New York' music video. The EP includes the original version, instrumental version, and a rare live version of 'Dirty Old Town' from Glasgow Barrowland recorded in December 1987. Also included from the same December 1987 Glasgow show is a completely unheard and unreleased live version of 'Fairytale of New York', which captures the first time the band ever played the track live. This very special version also features Kirsty McColl's debut live performance with the band, and is remixed and with additional production by the tracks original producer Steve Lillywhite especially for this EP.
