Oddly, they find that being polite doesn't pay off and they seem to generate more interest when they are rude and aloof. When Pied Piper faces a lawsuit from Hooli over theft of intellectual property, Laurie Bream (Suzanne Cryer), Peter's equally eccentric replacement, chooses to drop Hendrik's app from the company portfolio, leaving him scrabbling for investment.
